Ronald C. Mehl, an electrochemical engineer with a Masters
in Science, specializes in waste recovery technology. With
over forty years experience in research and problem solving,
Mehl holds intellectual property rights to many new and
innovative products and processes dealing with liquid and
solid waste processing and recycling. His work on particle
separation has led to the development of a Total Waste
Recovery System that is now gaining interest worldwide. With
this development, waste disposal is no longer a costly
undertaking it has now become a profitable industry. |

Alex brings demonstrated skills in partner search for
drivers, teams and race series to the Cleanwater team. With
experience in creating breakthrough flyers &
brochures…developed unprecedented promotional print models,
as a customer retention expert…through coaching position
helped peak customer interest in the Golf clubs…became
well-known and increased customer base and club memberships,
and as a top-notch new media marketer...reorganized Internet
presentation and introduced new business possibilities, Alex
is a valuable addition to our Sales staff. |

Susan Stephens

Ms. Stephens holds a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shorter
College in Rome, Georgia. Ms Stephens is very involved
in her community. She presently serves as the President of
the Cartersville Noon Optimist Club, Treasurer of Laureate
Alpha Gamma Sorority, a CASA (Court Appointed Special
Advocate) Volunteer, Vice Chair of the North Metro Technical
College Foundation, and a member of the Cartersville Bartow
Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Stephens serves on the Executive
Board as the Secretary-Treasurer of TCFA (Technical College
Foundation Association), a statewide organization of
technical college foundation trustees. |

Lisa Stephens
Director of Business Development

Lisa Stephens has seven years of account management and
business development experience in the consulting industry.
She is an accomplished project manager with strong
organizational and communication skills and abilities. She
has extensive experience and highly developed skills in
integrating and managing all aspects of an organization’s
staffing, career transition and organizational effectiveness
functions, including strategy, customer relationship and
account management. Lisa graduated Cum Laude from the
University of North Carolina with a BA in Organizational
Communication. |

Michael D. Stephens
Director of Engineering

Michael D. Stephens Jr. has been employed with Southern
Machine and Fabrication Company (SMF) since 1996 and is
currently serving as Vice President. SMF is a complete
machine works and metal fabricating facility occupying
approximately 50,000 square feet in Cartersville, Georgia.
Michael is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the
business’ operations including business development,
estimating, scheduling, purchasing, troubleshooting and
managing the Industrial Contracting Division & Engineers.
Michael graduated from the University of North Carolina with
a BS in Business Administration and a major in Finance. |
